Photography and video for conventions, annual meetings, kick-offs and team gatherings. We capture what happens in the room — who is speaking, how people respond, the atmosphere — with images you can use afterwards for internal communications, LinkedIn and your annual report.
A company event takes months to plan and happens in a single day. Our job is to make sure you are left with material that lives up to it: speaker shots you can use in a press release, team photos people actually want to share, and a well-organised archive for internal communications.
We work with communications and HR teams and with event agencies. Before the event we go through the agenda, the key moments and the people who cannot be missed. On the day we work discreetly: the event is the star, not the photographer.

How much does a corporate event photographer cost in Barcelona?
A full day of corporate event coverage in Barcelona starts at €900 + VAT and a half day (up to 4 hours) at €650 + VAT, including the edited gallery. The final price depends on the hours of coverage, whether there are parallel sessions and whether you add video. Send us the event programme and we will send you a fixed quote within 24-48 hours.
Can you work with our event agency?
Yes, that is how most projects work. We speak to the agency or the communications team before the event, go through the run of show and the key moments, and on the day you have a single point of contact.
When will we get the photos?
The full edited gallery in around 5-7 working days. If you need a first selection on the day for social media or a press release, we plan for it from the start.
Do you cover multi-day events or events with several rooms?
Yes. For multi-day conventions or agendas with parallel sessions we work with more than one photographer and, if needed, a video team.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. We are based in Barcelona, but we cover events across Spain and travel with our clients when the event requires it.
