In our case, a full day of photography for a corporate event in Barcelona starts at €900 + VAT, including the edited gallery. Below is Noomadik’s full 2026 price list: event photography, video, photo and video combined, headshots and the most common extras.
All prices are starting prices and exclude VAT. The final price depends on your event, and with the basic details we will send you a fixed quote within 24-48 hours.
Event photography
Every coverage includes selecting and editing the gallery, delivered within 5-7 working days through a private link, in high resolution and in a version optimised for web and social media.

Short coverage works well for a company dinner, a drinks reception or an awards night. A half day covers a presentation or a morning of talks, and a full day a convention or a conference from nine to six.
Video

Photo and video
If you need both, booking them together is simpler and cheaper: one coverage plan, one point of contact and a consistent look across photo and video. The photographer and the videographer are two different professionals working side by side.

Headshots and business photography

What moves the price
The prices in the tables are the starting point. What pushes a quote up or down is mainly this:
- Hours of coverage. A two-hour dinner is not the same as a convention running from nine in the morning into the evening, with a plenary, workshops, lunch and drinks.
- How much happens at once. With parallel rooms, a busy exhibition area or simultaneous activities, one photographer cannot be everywhere. Adding a second photographer raises the price, but also the coverage.
- How fast you need the photos. The full gallery arrives within 5-7 working days. If you need photos that same night for social media, a press release or to send to attendees, add the express selection.
- Whether you add video or social media content. A highlights video, interviews with spokespeople or reels need another professional on the team.
- How the images will be used. Internal communications, website, social media and press are included. If the photos will be used in paid advertising or large campaigns, mention it from the start so it is covered in the licence.
- Location. Travel within Barcelona and up to 30 km is included. Beyond that we add mileage and, if needed, expenses.
What a good quote should include
Before comparing prices between suppliers, check that every proposal includes the same things:
- Hours of coverage and number of photographers.
- Selection and editing of the gallery, not just raw files.
- Delivery time for the full gallery and, if you need it, for the express selection.
- Formats: high resolution for print and an optimised version for web and social media.
- Delivery method: a private link, organised by moments of the event.
- Travel if the event is outside Barcelona.
- Usage licence for the images.
- VAT: whether the price includes it or not.
A cheaper quote that leaves out editing or delivers in three weeks is not comparable with one that does both.
How to request a fixed quote
The more information you give, the tighter the proposal. Send us:
- Date and schedule of the event.
- Venue (for example Fira Barcelona, CCIB, a hotel or your offices).
- Programme or run of show, even if provisional.
- Approximate number of attendees and whether there are parallel rooms.
- What you will use the photos for: website, LinkedIn, press, annual report, internal communications.
- Whether you need video, reels or headshots on the same day.
With that information we will send you a fixed quote within 24-48 hours, with every item broken down.
What the price does not show
The difference between two photographers is not just their equipment. It is whether they know this type of event: where to stand during a plenary, how to anticipate the moment an award is handed over, how to get natural photos during networking, and how to work with the event agency without getting in the way.
