A profile photo is often the first thing a client, a candidate or a journalist sees. A good portrait builds trust; an improvised one does the opposite. We make corporate portraits that look like the people and like the company, with a consistent style for the website, LinkedIn and the press.
We set up a small studio at your office or in a space that represents you, and schedule sessions in slots so the working day does not stop. If you like, we combine portraits on a neutral background with more natural shots in the workplace.

How much does a corporate portrait session cost?
We set up backdrop and lighting in your office. A half day, up to 15 people, starts at €950 + VAT, and a full day, up to 35 people, at €1,600 + VAT. It also depends on whether, besides the neutral background, you want portraits in the workplace; ask us for a quote with the approximate number of people.
Do you come to our office?
Yes, that is the most common option. We bring the background and lighting; all we need is a room or a clear space of about 3 × 4 metres.
How many people can you photograph in a day?
With 5-10 minute slots per person we can do 40-60 headshots in a day. More elaborate executive portraits need more time per person.
Do you retouch the photos?
Yes, with natural retouching: light, colour and small details. The goal is for everyone to recognise themselves in their photo.
Can we choose the photos?
Yes. We send you a proofing gallery so each person can pick their favourite, and we deliver those edited in high resolution and in LinkedIn format.
