Privacy policy
This policy explains how we process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and Guarantee of Digital Rights (LOPDGDD). This is an English translation provided for convenience; in the event of any discrepancy, the Spanish version shall prevail.

We do not make automated decisions or build profiles with your data. We will not send you marketing communications unless you expressly ask us to.
People who appear in the photographs
At the events and sessions we cover, the client organising the event is responsible for informing attendees and for having the necessary legal basis to take and use images; Noomadik acts as a data processor following the client's instructions. Portfolio images are published with the client's permission. If you appear in a photograph on this website and would like us to remove it, write to info@noomadik.com and we will do so.
Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Some providers process data on our behalf, under a data processing agreement and with appropriate safeguards:
- Netlify, Inc. (USA): website hosting and receipt of contact form messages.
- Doominio (Spain): domain registration and email server for noomadik.com.
- Google Ireland Ltd. (Ireland): email management (Gmail) and, only if you accept them, web analytics (Google Analytics) and campaign measurement (Google Ads).
Where any of them is located outside the European Economic Area, the transfer relies on European Commission adequacy decisions (such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) or on standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to info@noomadik.com and stating which right you wish to exercise. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. The website is always served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
