Every year Barcelona hosts some of the largest conferences and trade shows in Europe. We have worked at Mobile World Congress (MWC), Integrated Systems Europe (ISE), Smart City Expo World Congress and at scientific and institutional congresses, both for organisers and for exhibiting brands.
At a conference the key is not to miss anything: the main keynote, the panel, the busy stand, the meeting with that client. We prepare a plan by room and time slot, with accreditations sorted in advance, and when the agenda calls for it we work with several photographers at once.

Have you worked at MWC Barcelona?
Yes. We have covered Mobile World Congress for brands such as Huawei, OPPO and Nothing: keynotes, stands, launches and press visits.
Can you cover several rooms at the same time?
Yes. We put together a team of several photographers and split the rooms according to the agenda, with a single contact person for you.
Who handles accreditations?
Usually the client or the event organiser. We send you the details the venues require (Fira Barcelona, CCIB…) in advance so there are no surprises at the entrance.
How much does a photographer cost for a multi-day trade show?
We work with a day rate that includes the edited gallery: from €900 + VAT for the first day and €800 + VAT per day from the second day on. The total depends on the hours per day and whether you need daily delivery. Send us the programme and we will quote within 24-48 hours.
Do you deliver photos every day?
Yes. At multi-day conferences and trade shows we deliver a selection at the end of each day so your communications team can use it straight away.
