You have a single point of contact, who organises the photographers, videographers and content creators on our team according to the size of the event. We adapt to your production, your schedule and the way you work with your client.

We go through the run of show, floor plans, key moments, accreditation and dress code with you.
A crew sized to the event
One or more photographers, videographers and content creators. Photo and video are always handled by different professionals.
Confidentiality
We sign confidentiality agreements when the event or the client requires it, and we never publish anything without permission.
On-time delivery
A same-night express selection if you need it, the full gallery within 5-7 working days and the highlights video within 5-10.
Simple invoicing
We invoice the agency or the end client directly, whichever suits you.

Can you invoice the agency instead of the end client?
Yes. We invoice the agency or the end client, whichever suits you. Payment is 50% to book the date and the remaining 50% on delivery of the work.
Do you sign confidentiality agreements?
Yes. We sign NDAs when the event or the client requires it, and we never publish any images on our website or social media without permission.
Do you work white label?
No. The crew works as Noomadik, but always coordinated with your production team and following your instructions during the event.
Do you have special rates for agencies?
We apply the same rates as for any client, published in our price guide: a full day of photography from €900 + VAT, a half day from €650 + VAT and a highlights video from €1,100 + VAT. Send us the programme and we will reply with a fixed quote within 24-48 hours.
Can the end client use the photos?
Yes. Use for internal communications, website, social media and press is included. If the images will be used in paid advertising or large-scale campaigns, let us know from the start so we can include it in the licence.
Do you work outside Barcelona?
Yes. Travel is included up to 30 km; beyond that we add mileage (€0.45/km) and, if needed, per diems.
